ROAM’s Culinary Stars

The fourth edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai saw a constellation of Michelin Stars awarded to ROAM’s culinary marvels. FZN by Björn Frantzén at Atlantis, The Palm, earned the highest new entry, making history as one of only two Three Michelin Star restaurants in Dubai.

STAY by Yannick Alléno retained its Two Michelin Stars, while Ossiano, Hakkasan, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and La Dame de Pic were once again recognised with One Michelin Star each.
